About This Project

Spencer Group is one of the UK’s largest privately-owned engineering contractors. With operations across a broad range of niche markets their marketing strategy is diverse and comprehensive, targeting defined sets of customers through specialist channels, both in the UK and overseas. Spencer’s operational markets include Nuclear, Renewables, Materials Handling, Bridges, Rail and Logistics.

Facilitating the role of the organisations comms team, we have worked with Spencer to help raise their profile through strategic communications, both internally and externally. The organisation has experienced significant growth and we have delivered a number of strategic projects to communicate with all business stakeholders. We have relayed the positive messages of Spencer’s work to the local, regional and trade media, kept the expanding employee base up-to-speed through a range of traditional and digital initiatives, and undertaken a large amount of community engagement activity as the scale, complexity and number of projects on operational public infrastructure increased.
