About This Project

As well as working with major energy companies, we also support supply chain companies in improving their visibility to the end user by helping them to align their marketing strategy with their capabilities and end user requirements.

Aligning supply capabilities and marketing activity with the characteristics of demand ensures that the end customer is put first in supply chain thinking. But aligning capabilities with customer needs is about more than meeting demand characteristics, and should engage the organisation as a whole – to develop and communicate its competitive position.

We help supply chain companies develop their customer alignment – the process of making marketing strategy compatible with capabilities and supply chain strategy – and in turn delivering business success.
