By moving out of local authority control, the organization needed to take a more commercial approach to promoting its services to a wide audience including older people, young people, families and schools.

Mercury was commissioned to develop a suite of marketing collateral to help promote the new organisation and its services including various brochures, leaflets and a new website which captured this innovative outlook on delivering museum services.
