About This Project

Mercury’s work on behalf of First Hull Trains has been effective to such an extent the operator was regularly ranked as one of the best in the country. As part of our work, we delivered a comprehensive media and communications strategy that positioned the business at the summit of the train operator market. Producing on-board consumer-focused collateral was a key aspect of our dedicated team’s work as was running a 24 hours a day, seven days a week press office and implementing a crisis communications strategy.
