Business Link Yorkshire gives Mercury the green light

A marketing and PR agency has been selected as a preferred supplier to a government-funded service designed to promote enterprise…

Mercury Design and Marketing, based in Priory Park, Hessle, has already been awarded its first contract with Business Link Yorkshire (BLY).

Andy Kemp, marketing manager for BLY, says the Barnsley-based organisation was inundated with responses for the tender to provide its marketing services.

Now, as graphic design work commences on the first job the company has been commissioned to do for BLY, Mercury director Kelly Todd is delighted.

“We work with a really wide range of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors,” she said. “Business Link Yorkshire is a key account win for us, as the organisation provides services to business all over the region which will ensure any marketing material we produce could potentially end up on the desks of a wide range of entrepreneurs.

“Mercury is growing at a really encouraging rate. We have an excellent team in place, specialising in a wide variety of areas of communication, which ensures that when we do win new business we’re in the best possible position to deliver it to the highest standard. I look forward to us working with Business Link Yorkshire closely over the coming months.”
